Job Description American Road Group is looking to expand our Business Development Center to effectively manage forecasted lead volume as we prepare for further organizational growth! Currently, our centralized Business Development Center services 9 dealerships spread throughout 5 states, operating out of our flagship Orlando Harley-Davidson Historic Factory dealership in Orlando, FL. This position is full time (40 Hours) with weekends required, offers an aggressive salary + commission pay plan, 6-week paid training, multi-level advancement, 401K, employee discounts, and full benefits. Responsibilities First touch on all inbound sales leads, calls, texts, emails, chats, and Meta with a focus on driving in-store traffic, transactions, and conversions Maintain a minimum outbound contact expectation of 125 phone calls, 125 emails, and 125 texts per day Execute standard operating procedures as outlined in the American Road Group Business Development Center Policies & Procedures Guide Build rapport while maintaining a focus on motorcycle of interest, dealership, staff, culture, and lifestyle versus price, payment, interest rate, trade value, etc. Communicate frequently with store-level management to ensure smooth pass-offs and positive consumer experiences Daily log of K.P.Is including, but not limited to; call, email, and text counts, appointments set, appointments shown, overall shown, and sold Record detailed notes, activities, and opportunities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Maintain aggressive follow up with internet leads, phone ups, unsold showroom prospects, high propensity lists, equity lists, etc. via phone, email, and text Extensive use of our Dealership Management System (DMS) and the ability to identify crucial details for customers, motorcycles, deals, and quotes Personal knowledge of all American Road Group & Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Company products, releases, promotions, and events Expected Skills, Knowledge and Abilities General Motorcycle Knowledge is required BDC experience in a dealership is required Demonstrated experience with phone or internet-based selling Superior oral and written communications with attention to detail Ability to work with both web and computer-based applications such as ELeads (CRM), Talon (DMS), Outlook, Sheets, H-DNet, Excel, Word, Meta Business, Deallink (Credit Applications), etc. Meet or exceed production and performance expectations set by management Ability to work both Saturdays and/or Sundays CRM knowledge is preferred (Eleads) DMS knowledge is preferred (Talon) Benefits Full-Time (40 Hours) Full Health, Vision, Dental and Life Insurance Benefits Package 401K Paid Time Off Travel Opportunities Employee Discounts Opportunity for advancement Management team that wants to see you succeed!
