Automotive Sales Agent Car Factory Outlet West Palm Beach, FL This company is awesome and cares about its staff members! Our West Palm store is looking for social candidates who want to grow in the future (bi-lingual is a plus). High commissions per year. Commissions can range between $60,000 to $120,000 or more depending on experience. Schedules include 2 days off per week It is an excellent place to get experience and make high commissions from sales. We hire from within for better positions and are even looking to open up a fourth location. Experience is a plus but not a requirement as there is on-site training. We provide all the tools you will need to perform your job effectively and will support you.

Responsibilities:

Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car. Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features. Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale. Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them for future sales. Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed. Maintaining accurate information on our CRM software. Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.
