Description:
The Producer Support Specialist/ Medicare Sales Assistant is responsible for: Provides administrative support to the expansive broker (aka producer) network. This includes taking inbound calls and emails from brokers needing technical assistance, helping with onboarding and certification, assisting with placing orders for material and following up on orders, assisting with enrollment issues, and providing additional administrative support, including commissions reporting, ready-to-sell reporting and sales reporting to health plan leadership. The Producer Support Specialist is the face of the BayCare Health Plans to more than 900 brokers and will be responsible for providing an extraordinary level of service to these important partners. The ideal candidate should be a problem-solver and ready to go above and beyond when necessary. He or she will be required to learn the health plan’s benefits and be able to answer complex benefit questions. Must be able to assist with enrollments, create and monitor technical support tickets, navigate through multiple software systems, and follow all state and federal regulatory guidelines. Requirements:
