- We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Operations Assistant to join our dynamic sales team.
The Sales Operations Assistant will provide crucial support in ensuring the efficiency of our sales processes and operations. This role involves assisting with sales reporting, data analysis, CRM management, and coordinating sales activities to optimize our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) system (Buildertrend and Leadperfection) to ensure accurate data entry and integrity.
- Manage company’s Digital Asset Manager
- uploading
- organizing
- tagging all photo assets
- including maintaining the digital asset manager, coordinating photo assets for partners, and updating various platforms as needed.
- Manage company’s photo shoot process and vendors
- Press / Industry Articles
- Coordinate with sales
- assets for non paid, industry related articles, press, etc.
- Monitor Reviews
- manage review reward process
- respond and escalate if necessary
- Manage Sales contests and incentive rewards
- Manage internal design competition and submit award winning projects to industry pubs
- Assist in recruiting
- running ads
- screening resumes
- scheduling interviews
- Manage Project Book , Designer Handbook
- Coordinate designer Bios
- profile photos
- designer portfolios
- Support executive leaders and sales leaders in sales operations.
- Coordinate sales meetings, conference calls, and appointments.
- Assist in organizing and executing sales campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance) to streamline processes and achieve sales objectives.
- Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence.
- Generate and distribute sales performance dashboards and presentations.
- Assist in training new sales team members on CRM usage and sales processes.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the executives and sales leadership team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a sales support, operations, or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
