Job Description

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Savannah, Georgia. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Senior Sales Manager and Sales Managers, such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
  • Organize and coordinate sales team meetings to ensure effective communication and planning.
  • Assist in presenting models and conducting interviews with prospective buyers for current and future home sales.
  • Act as a closing coordinator, collaborating with outside lenders to facilitate the home-buying process.
  • Address and resolve routine inquiries or concerns from buyers regarding their purchases.
  • Offer clear guidance and accurate information to sales associates, staff, and buyers to enhance their experience.
  • Develop a strong understanding of local real estate markets, competitors, regulations, and trends affecting home buying.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws and governmental regulations.
  • Provide support for data processing and reporting tasks using tools like CRM and Crystal Reports. Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • At least one year of related functional experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and organizational structures is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as ADP, Concur, CRM systems, and Crystal Reports.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
  • Ability to handle cash activity and possess knowledge of buying processes.
  • Skilled in managing inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, rules, and trends is preferred.
