RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage rollout tracking documentation and dashboard (including any consolidation of data from multiple sources) in partnership with all key stakeholders (ie. supplier, finance, operations, etc)
Create and maintain internal reporting for project status updates to project team, key cross functional partners, and senior leadership
Connect regularly with supplier(s) around rollout updates and any issue resolution
Lead all rollout inquiries and communications (ie. confirm hotels are signing any necessary documentation, resolve any pre-installation or installation issues or questions from hotels, conduct any needed post-installation follow ups with sites, manage all inquiries around rebates and incentives) with support of manager and project tea
Partner with Finance team to ensure that all company rebates and incentives have been processed and disbursed
This is a 9+ month contract with a possibility to extend. Work mostly remote, but must come into the office for special meetings as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS

1+ year of Sales or Customer Service experience in an enterprise environment
Strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent Communication Skills
Outstanding Organizational skills

PREFERRED SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree
