Our Client, a leading technology company located in Buford, Georgia that provides customers with Computer, Network infrastructure, Data center, and Cyber security solutions is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator for their Buford, GA location.
The Sales Support Coordinator will help deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive success in the technology industry. The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for the critical functions such as quoting, ordering, and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have some form of prior sales support experience working in an office supporting multiple levels of employees.

Salary Range:

$35-$52k (flexible/based on experience) + 20% BONUS!

Core Responsibilities:

Receive, build, and process sales quotes for IT products and service.
Convert quotes into orders.
Provide tracking on open orders to internal teams and customers.
Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
Process end of month quote and sales reports.
Oversee all functions related to invoicing and accounts payable.

Requirements:

2+ years in a sales support, IT support, or customer support role, ideally in the IT field.
Previous Inside Sales Experience within the Technology Industry, preferably selling services, advanced technology solutions.
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in the IT field.
Superb communication skills.
Attention to details.
