SALES ASSISTANT
Hall Oil Gas And Electric 435 Route 134, South Dennis, MA 02660 Breakaway is a division of Hall Oil Co., a family-owned business for the past 107 years. I am seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial desire to begin in sales and progress to building and maintaining a profitable and enduring business at the Breakaway division. The successful candidate needs some mechanical aptitude, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the desire to move forward rapidly. The position provides for a salary plus commission in addition to the other benefits listed. You would be working closely with the existing management and ownership to achieve a successful future for yourself and Breakaway. Ken Foster, President Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with customers Assist customers in selecting products and making purchase decisions Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and arranging merchandise displays Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales promotions Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy Follow company policies and procedures for inventory management and loss prevention Operate POS system with knowledge of back office protocol Look for off season products to increase profitability Adhere to all safety and security protocols Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently

Benefits:
Our health provider is Harvard Pilgrim and we cover 50% of the annual premium. Salary:
$65,000 to $85,000 per year
