Role:

We’re hiring a Casino Operations & Sales Assistant to support the day-to-day coordination of our casino events and help with basic sales follow-up. You’ll work closely with our Director of Operations and our team of dealers to make sure every event is fully staffed and runs without a hitch. This is a great role for someone who loves staying organized, enjoys working with people, and wants to be part of a fast-moving company with room to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter new events into our scheduling system (Nowsta) Assist with event staffing and dealer communication Maintain and update our dealer roster Help onboard new dealers (collect information, schedule training, etc.) Communicate with clients to confirm event details and answer basic questions Follow up with potential clients and sales leads Help create and schedule social media content

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Experience in events, hospitality, or staffing coordination is a plus Tech-savvy Available to respond to calls and texts on weekends as needed, especially during the busy holiday season

Pay:

$20/hour
