Job Description

Associate Inside Sales Support Administrator PREM Corp 2901 Stewart Creek Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28216 Associate Inside Sales Support Admin. & Receptionist Prem-Corp is seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Inside Sales Support Administrator/Receptionist to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong willingness to learn and grow. Strong mathematical skills and computer proficiency are essential for this role.

Job Duties:

Direct all incoming calls (for multiple entities) Provide price quotes to prospective customers Enter orders Invoice orders Run credit cards (Point of Sale) Maintain filing system and thorough customer records Assist in customer communication (order status, info needed, schedule, etc.) Assist customers with powder coat color selections Assist walk-in customers Consult with the Department Manager to develop pricing Keep copier paper/office supply inventory in stock Filing / Misc. Admin Assistant duties

Qualities:

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Extremely organized, resourceful and inquisitive. Consistent application of the order of operations is required Good customer service skills Excellent written communication skills. Independent self-starter and solution focused. Recognizes priorities and can multi-task. Ability to follow up and follow through. Proficient in multi-stakeholder coordination

Experience:
Administrative Assistant:

1-2 years (Required). Customer Service 2 years (Required). Experience in a manufacturing setting, construction, HVAC, or automotive as an Administrative Assistant preferred.
