Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, ensuring a warm welcome for all guests. Provide excellent customer support through effective communication and problem-solving. Handle phone systems efficiently, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments. Assist with office management tasks to maintain an organized workspace. Upsell memberships, packages, add-on, and more. Support the franchisee with administrative duties as needed. Requirements Proven experience in an office or administrative role and sales is preferred.
