The Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting the sales ambassador(s) by managing customer interactions, providing information about a specific community and its homes, scheduling appointments, and maintaining sales materials.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Meet with prospective buyers and provide sales information, walk-throughs, and any other information that will assist the buyer in their purchasing decision. Integral part of setting up each community they are involved in for success. Ensure signage, website and MLS listings are accurate and up to date. Support in communication between Garman Homes and the buyers. Walk inventory homes and take responsibility for community appearance. Clean properties prior to opening, if needed. Follow-up on sales leads and track updates. Plan broker and consumer activities based on required schedule. Update Comparative Market Analysis for the community on a monthly basis.
