Position Overview/Description:

The Technical Sales Support Manager will oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of key business intelligence tools, including WASTELINQ, Zendesk, and the Pricing Management Tool (PMT). This role will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of these tools, streamline processes, and provide ongoing training and support to internal teams. The Technical Sales Support Manager will also be responsible for aligning these tools with company goals, industry standards, and regulatory requirements to enhance decision-making, compliance, and overall service delivery.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain WASTELINQ and the Pricing Management Tool (PMT) Drive tool optimization to support operational and sales excellence Ensure data integrity and operational accuracy across systems Provide training and documentation to internal stakeholders Collaborate with technical and business teams to align platform capabilities with strategic goals

Education and Experience:

Experience with business systems or technical sales support tools Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities Background in sales operations, technical support, or business intelligence preferred
