This Administrative Assistant supports Komline’s Filter Fabric Sales operations by serving as a key customer liaison throughout the fabric replacement and ordering process. The Administrative Assistant working directly with customers to facilitate fabric replacements, recommend suitable substitutions or modifications when identical products aren’t available, and provide accurate pricing and delivery quotations. The Administrative Assistant will manage the complete order lifecycle from initial customer contact through expediting placed orders, while also maintaining organized customer job files and preparing necessary commercial and international documentation. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will proactively outreach to customers to drive sales growth across various markets, along with general order entry and administrative support functions. Duties and Responsibilities Work with customer to aid in fabric replacement Work with customers to suggest substitution or modification when identical fabric may not be available Provide quotation with accurate price and delivery Prepare commercial and international documents as required Expedite customer orders once placed Maintain customer job files Perform customer outreach to increase sales penetration in various markets. Perform order entry and other administrative functions Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in a administrative or customer service position Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) proficiency Microsoft Office proficiency Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to internal team members and customer
