Job Description

Sales Assistant FC Marketing Hempstead, NY We seek a motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our diverse team. In this role, you will directly support our marketing and sales efforts by engaging with customers, promoting brand awareness, and assisting in executing various marketing strategies. This position offers hands-on experience in a customer service-based environment and allows you to contribute to both client and team success actively.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective customers to learn about their current communication and technology needs (phone, internet, wireless, etc.) and determine their eligibility for AT&T’s offerings. Provide detailed product information, emphasizing benefits and features to customers. Support in-store marketing initiatives, including product launches and promotional activities. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing strategies and sales performance. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and maintaining customer records. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales tactics. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products, marketing trends, and industry developments. Assist in managing promotional materials and ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer interaction and brand promotion. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Enthusiastic about supporting sales efforts and helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. Basic understanding of marketing principles, sales strategies, and brand management. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to grow within a marketing and sales environment. Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.

OVERVIEW

This is a full-time direct employment opportunity This position involves direct customer engagement through business to business outreach on behalf of AT&T’s various communication services All employees will be required to attend daily meetings at our office prior to traveling to assigned local region (all assigned regions are within a 20-30 mile radius of our office in Melville The schedule is Monday-Saturday Benefits are available for eligible employees There is a 2 week hands-on training period Upon completion of training, pay is based off individual performance. •The starting salary listed is based upon on target earnings with commission. The average commission earned per week is $700.
