Allentown,PA Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support in aprofessional and organized manner. Assist customers at the frontdesk and provide cashiering support. Verify daily CR deposits andprepare consolidated bank deposits. Update cashiering systems withCR and customer-specific details. Monitor and respond to emails andphone calls. Respond to Accounts Receivable cases, researching toavoid chargebacks. Organize and maintain department files, bothelectronic and hard copy. Work closely with all functional teamsdaily. Handle confidential material with integrity andprofessionalism. Stay calm and work efficiently under pressure.

Administer specific processes such as AP, CETS, CTS, Kronos/SAPMasterfiles. Create market reports using pivot tables and advancedformulas. Assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements:

2years of administrative support experience in a consumer goodscompany. Bachelor s degree preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word,PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to prioritize tasks and handlemultiple responsibilities. Strong organizational skills andattention to detail. Excellent communication skills.

Problem-solving abilities and a team player.
