What your future day will look like:
Enter and manage orders in SAP, including price/cost adjustments and special pricing setup.
Communicate with customers to resolve order issues and provide tracking updates.
Proactively identify and address potential order obstacles to ensure smooth processing.
Prioritize and escalate orders as needed to meet customer expectations.
