Sales Assistant – The Fence Company Columbia ?? West Columbia, SC | ?? Veteran-Owned Business The Fence Company Columbia is growing fast—and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us. We need a friendly, professional, tech-savvy Sales Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed. You’ll be the first voice our customers hear, the friendly face in the office, and the steady support that keeps our operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do ? Answer incoming calls and respond to new leads ? Qualify and schedule appointments based on project criteria ? Support Project Managers with follow-up calls and customer communication ? Manage general office tasks and assist other departments as needed ? Accept and track payments for our on-site storage units ? Answer basic questions related to storage unit rentals ? Maintain professionalism and clarity in all communications What We’re Looking For ? Solid office/admin experience ? Comfortable using Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Sheets, etc.) ?
