Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective buyers at model homes or sales centers Present available floor plans, pricing, upgrades, and community features Guide buyers through the entire sales process—from initial visit to closing Maintain consistent follow-up with leads using CRM tools Coordinate with builder, lender, and attorney to ensure a smooth transaction Represent the builder during open houses, community events, and regular hours Track weekly traffic, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records Ensure the model home is professionally maintained and welcoming
Minimum Requirements:
Active South Carolina Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Weekend availability is required Professional, reliable, and eager to learn
