Internet Sales – Appointment Setter (Commission-Based)
Job Overview:
Tim Short Ford of LaFollette is hiring a motivated, high-energy individual to join our Internet Sales Team. This role is focused entirely on making outbound phone calls to past customers and internet leads with one goal: set qualified appointments for our sales staff. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who thrives on the phone, knows how to handle objections, and stays focused on results. You’ll be contacting warm leads — people who’ve already shown interest — and reengaging them to schedule an appointment.
Duties:
Make outbound phone calls to previous customers and online leads Set firm, confirmed appointments for in-store visits Update lead information and notes in our CRM (VinSolutions) Text and email follow-ups as needed Work closely with our sales team to ensure smooth handoffs Be available to make calls some evenings (up to 8:30 PM) and weekends as needed Stay focused on daily and weekly appointment and show goals
Requirements:
Strong phone skills and clear, confident communication High energy and a professional attitude Comfortable making a large volume of calls each day Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call centers preferred Automotive experience is a bonus, but not required Ability to stay organized and input notes in CRM software (VinSolutions preferred)
