Nashville, TN Job Overview:
Alchemy Acquisition is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fundraising Sales Assistant to support our fundraising and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in driving donor engagement, managing fundraising campaigns, and ensuring excellent supporter experiences. This role is perfect for someone passionate about making a difference and skilled in communication and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers directly at in-person events. Support fundraising campaigns by assisting with planning, outreach, and logistics. Track and manage promotional sales efforts Process donations and maintain accurate records using CRM systems. Assist with donor stewardship, including sending thank-you notes, updates, and reports. Coordinate with marketing and events teams to create compelling campaign materials. Work with the fundraising team to develop strategies for raising money before, during, and after events. Maintain a strong understanding of the organization’s mission and programs. Provide administrative support to the fundraising and sales teams as needed.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in sales, fundraising, customer service, or admin is a plus. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM platforms (like Salesforce, DonorPerfect, etc.), and email marketing tools. Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Passion for nonprofit work and helping communities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working or volunteering in a nonprofit setting. Familiarity with donor relations or sales pipelines. Event planning or coordination experience is a bonus. Proven experience in promotions, sales, or marketing, preferred but not required.
