Responsibilities:

Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction
