As we grow, we’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales and marketing teams in both cultivating new leads and maintaining strong relationships with our current clients. Position Overview This full-time, on-site role is a hybrid of a Sales Development Representative and Account Manager . You’ll work under the guidance of our Senior Sales Representative and Marketing Manager to: Support lead generation efforts Conduct follow-up communication Assist in sales reporting and customer management Help ensure our clients continue to receive outstanding service This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to engage prospects and nurture leads Assist with proposal development, service quotes, and customer onboarding Check in with current clients to ensure satisfaction and support upselling opportunities Audit customer invoices and account records for accuracy Prepare internal reports and dashboards using Excel, Word, and CRM tools Design marketing and sales support materials using Publisher and Canva Collaborate with marketing on campaign execution and lead tracking Maintain accurate documentation of communications, follow-ups, and sales activity Qualifications Strong computer proficiency: Word, Excel, Publisher, Canva, and CRM platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating client conversations Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Experience in sales support or customer service is preferred Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team Must be available to work full-time from our Seymour/South Knoxville office Compensation & Benefits $18/hour starting pay Paid Time Off (PTO) 50% employer-paid health insurance 3% company-matched retirement plan Life insurance and additional benefits Supportive leadership, on-the-job training, and growth opportunities Join Our Team If you’re tech-savvy, proactive, and passionate about helping businesses succeed, we’d love to hear from you.
