Responsible for interaction with existing and prospective clients selling and processing service related requests Assist in cultivation of sales leads under the guidance of the Sales Department and assist in achieving Sales Department goals and objectives Maintain and manage the customer database Prepare PowerPoint presentations for clients, sales presentations and meetings Communicate and collaborate with operations and scheduling departments to ensure service delivery, as well as performing other tasks Handle all administrative duties for department and maintain information so that it is easily retrieved. Required Skills and Education High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred) Three (3) years of related work experience Strong computer skills Effective listening, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self directed and motivated with a strong work ethic Excellent Customer Service skills needed
