Radiance Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Support Specialist to support the U.S. Army Program Executive Office Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Sensors (PEO IEWandS) Tactical Space Superiority (TSS) Product Office in Huntsville, AL. The Senior Product Support Specialist will be responsible for directing, developing, and performing product support management operations. The ideal candidate will have experience planning, coordinating, and evaluating the execution of Integrated Product Support (IPS) for dynamic mission areas encompassing new and emerging technologies. The Senior Product Support Specialist will work with a team of internal and external stakeholders to determine integrated product support scope, plan/track sustainment efforts across projects, ensure maintenance plans and concepts are sound between field-level and sustainment-level maintenance, and advise programs, apply previous maintenance experience, and utilize knowledge of logistics products, program actions, and events to improve the technical quality of the logistics products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the following tasks:
Utilize your knowledge of the concepts, principles, and practices of IPS functions for one or more acquisition projects (i.e. maintenance planning; manpower and personnel; supply support: support and test equipment; training and training devices; technical data; computer resources support; and packaging, handling, storage, transportation, and facilities).Assists in the development and execution of product support strategies and product support packages involving planning, coordinating, and evaluating the execution of IPS for acquisition programs, including both hardware and software.
Providing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)/product support on acquisition logistics management activities, including development of acquisition logistics documentation and evaluating the regulatory requirements to develop, field, and transition equipment/software.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.
Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize important, competing tasks and information.
U.S. citizenship with the ability to maintain an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Required Experience:
At least 10 years of integrated product support experience.
At least 5 years of experience supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition program office.
Desired Qualifications:
Acquisition Office Experience with DoD 5000 series and/or the Adaptive Acquisition Framework.
Experience with some of the following related product support documentation and activities: Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs), DEMIL and Disposal Plans, Item Unique Identification (IUID) Plans, Materiel Fielding Plan (MFP), Core Depot Assessments (CDAs), Analysis of Product Support Alternatives (APSAs), Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) Plans, Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS), Material Release/Type Classification Packages, Basis of Issue Plan Feeder Data (BOIPFD), Technical Manuals/Training Support packages, or Logistics Demonstrations.
