Product Support Specialist CSR Privacy Solutions, Inc. Jensen Beach, FL 34957 Job Summary The Product Support Specialist (PSS) is responsible for providing both product sales and technical support to end users for CSR’s uRISQ product suite. The PSS is the primary point of contact for end users, our partners’ customers, and is responsible for excellent customer satisfaction. Duties include resolving customer concerns, providing guidance on use, troubleshooting, level 1 technical support and collaborating with internal stakeholders. Responsibilities Respond to end user inquiries via email, online ticketing system, and phone and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responses will be governed by the CSR Service Level Agreement (SLA). The PSS will utilize the CSR AUTOBoarding Lookup Administration Tool. The PSS will be required to follow the defined procedures for providing support to ensure consistency and efficiency of the process. The PSS will become proficient in the use of CSR products, including the benefits of each product offering so that it can be communicated effectively to customers.
