Job Description

An innovative and fast-paced engineering firm is seeking a Sales Engineer to lead the charge in delivering high-performance, American-made equipment solutions to industries like pet food, feed ingredients, biomass, and food processing. This exciting opportunity is based in Stuart, FL, with flexibility for remote work. If you’re mechanically inclined, entrepreneurial, and ready to own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing contracts—this role offers tremendous earning potential and professional growth in a tight-knit, high-energy team environment. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sales Engineer position include: 2+ years of experience in process engineering, grain storage, or sales within food, feed, or biomass industries Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand temperature, drying, and cooling calculations Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle with plant managers, engineers, and owners CRM experience (HubSpot preferred), with willingness to learn systems as needed Ability to work independently in inside sales, with occasional travel (approximately once a month) Solid communication skills and a self-starting, teachable attitude Knowledge of equipment like hammer mills, cyclones, dryers, and air systems preferred Familiarity with SolidWorks is a plus, though not required

Salary:

$45,000 – $60,000 base salary per year, plus commission, with total compensation typically ranging from $80,000 – $150,000 annually.
