Marietta GA What You Will Be Doing Lockheed Martin is seeking a Technical Lead to support AMMM Kit Management within the Aeronautics Sustainment Operations team in Marietta, GA. In this pivotal role, you will manage the full lifecycle of kit and supply chain operations for domestic and international sustainment contracts. From coordinating cross-functional teams to overseeing cost, schedule, and performance, you’ll play a key role in ensuring timely delivery of mission-critical materials while driving innovation and digital transformation across aerospace logistics. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of kit management activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of contract requirements.
- Oversee change requests (CRs), sales orders, and DD250 documentation, supporting global sustainment operations.
- Manage SAP Sales Orders and related contract performance metrics.
- Support configuration management, risk mitigation, and execution of engineering design and field change requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, OEMs, and 3PL providers to meet delivery, cost, and quality goals
- Analyze supply trends, forecast demand, and support proposal and estimate development.
- Contribute to digital transformation efforts, including robotic process automation (RPA), reporting tools, and dashboard creation.
- Lead and influence new initiatives within a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-priority business environment.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree from an accredited college with 9 years of professional experience, 7 years of professional experience with a Master degree, or 12 years experience in the absence of a Bachelors Degree
- Experience with DoD supply and logistics support systems, contract/subcontract management, or financial oversight of aerospace programs.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience of top-tier manufacturing processes as they apply to the Aerospace industry: internal LM or external Supplier factory builds.

- Excellent verbal, written, and telecommuting communication skills and presentation skills, ability to clearly and comprehensively present detailed information to all levels of LM and Customer Leadership.
- Experience in managing costs within Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and budgetary constraints
- Above average proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Teams, Project, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience with Department of Defense Aircraft Parts Support, Kit Management or Supply Operations
- Understanding of U.S. Department of Defense projects and experience with both domestic and international suppliers is highly desired
- Understanding of Root Cause/ Corrective Action analysis as applied to component defects, supplier performance, and DD250 accuracy
- Ability to manage digital and innovation operational aspects of ongoing projects (i.
e. robotic process automation/RPA, metrics, dashboards, reporting tools) and serve as a liaison between program/ project management, contracts, functional and/or support teams
