Job Title:

Salesperson (IT Integrator/Managed Service Provider)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales. This role is crucial in maintaining our client base, fostering long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and propose tailored technology solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:

Work closely with outside sales team to provide sales support. Develop, execute and report on sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations with potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing solutions that improve their productivity. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering ongoing support and service to maximize customer satisfaction.

Solution Selling:

Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose customized IT solutions, including managed services, cloud solutions, security, and hardware/software integration. Present and explain the value of our services to clients in a clear and compelling manner.

Market Awareness and Industry Trends:

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors’ offerings to effectively position our services in the marketplace.

Collaboration and Reporting:

Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery. Prepare weekly reports on current client/prospect activity. Maintain Sales Pipeline and Quarterly Sales Forecast. Prepare and deliver sales quotes in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of successful inside sales experience . Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managed IT services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and technology integration. 3 years inside sales. Established network of contacts in the SMB sector.
