Role Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team and drive growth in our commercial electronic security division. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of low-voltage security systems and a proven track record of building relationships, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across commercial, industrial, and institutional markets Conduct site surveys and client consultations to assess needs and propose tailored security solutions Create and present proposals and estimates for access control, CCTV, alarm, and communication systems Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure accurate scope and seamless handoff Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and upsell new solutions and service contracts Stay up to date on industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor offerings Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets tied to both system sales and recurring revenue
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in electronic security sales or low-voltage integration (access control, CCTV, intrusion, etc.) Understanding of platforms like Lenel, Alarm.com, Salto, or similar systems is a plus Ability to read construction drawings and specs is preferred Strong communication and consultative selling skills Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred but
Not Required:
Familiarity with estimating software and CRM tools Technical background in installation or service is a plus
