As the Field Application Scientist for the Texas / Oklahoma / Arkansas region, you will provide product expertise, application knowledge, and technical support along each step of the customer’s process, primarily for the Incucyte product line. You will actively participate in the sales process by ensuring appropriate product positioning, leading product demonstrations, and (most importantly) helping support customers via training and troubleshooting after the sale. What you will accomplish together with us: Support the Sales organization in placing Incucyte instruments and reagents through product presentations, demonstrations, and application reviews. Assist customers immediately after the sale with instrument and application training and provide ongoing, periodic capability updates, application support, re-training, and troubleshooting. Provide appropriate feedback and VOC to the Marketing and Product management teams to assist with product improvements and future development. Support the Quality Department in the quality complaint process by troubleshooting and analyzing customer processes for investigation and resolution. Report to the manager and other appropriate personnel on the competitive landscape encountered in the field. Domestic travel 30-50% What will convince us: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Bioengineering, Chemistry, or Biochemistry 2+ years’ experience with Fluorescence Microscopy and eukaryotic cell culture Previous product and/or application support experience Excellent communication skills and superior presentation skills Ability to lift 49.9 pounds on a semi-regular basis Valid US driver’s license
