What Youll Do As a Sales Engineer, you willprovide pre-sales technical support to our field sales teams,helping to define the overall Boomi solution for our customersusing the full range of company products and services.
You will:
- Collaborate with Account Executives to help determine customer’sneeds, understand the technical landscape, and identify pain pointsvia discovery calls
- Assess and present the potential solutions ofcompany products and services, using technical competency andcreativity to design business solutions that encompass the breadthof the Boomi portfolio
- Prepare detailed product specificationsand deliver impactful presentations to enable the sale of ourproducts and solutions.
- Discuss product capabilities andapplications with technical users/buyers, and businessstakeholders, verifying the operability of product and serviceconfiguration within the prospects environment via Demos or Proofof Concept
- Coordinate internal specialists and other necessaryBoomi employees to help build the “win team” for prospectivecustomers
- Support RFI/RFP completion by answering in-scopetechnical questions for prospective customers
- Verify operabilityof sophisticated product and service configurations within thecustomer’s environment
- Perform advanced systems integration andprovide technical expertise to design the solution The ExperienceYou Bring
- Excellent communication, relationship, problem-solvingand leadership skills
- Ability to present to executive level andarticulate the Boomi solutions
- Proven ability to work crossfunctionally to support enterprise customers
- In-depthunderstanding of enterprise integration market, technologies,products and services
- 6-10 years of related experience in arelationship selling role Bonus Points If You Have
