We arethe technical liaison between sales and prospective customers. Wework closely with sales representatives to understand client needsand demonstrate how Boomis integration platform can solve complexbusiness challenges. From delivering sales presentations andproduct demonstrations to developing detailed installation orsystem integration plans, we ensure customers get the innovative,relevant, interoperable solutions they need. What Youll Do As aPresales Solutions Engineer, you will provide pre-sales technicalsupport to our field sales teams, helping to define the overallBoomi solution for our customers using the full range of companyproducts and services.

You will:
  • Collaborate with AccountExecutives to help determine customer’s needs, understand thetechnical landscape, and identify pain points via discovery calls
  • Assess and present the potential solutions of company products andservices, using technical competency and creativity to designbusiness solutions that encompass the breadth of the Boomiportfolio
  • Prepare detailed product specifications and deliverimpactful presentations to enable the sale of our products andsolutions.
  • Discuss product capabilities and applications withtechnical users/buyers, and business stakeholders, verifying theoperability of product and service configuration within theprospects environment via Demos or Proof of Concept
  • Coordinateinternal specialists and other necessary Boomi employees to helpbuild the “win team” for prospective customers
  • Support RFI/RFPcompletion by answering in-scope technical questions forprospective customers
  • Verify operability of sophisticated productand service configurations within the customer’s environment
  • Perform advanced systems integration and provide technicalexpertise to design the solution The Experience You Bring
  • Excellent communication, relationship, problem-solving andleadership skills
  • Ability to present to executive level andarticulate the Boomi solutions
  • Proven ability to work crossfunctionally to support enterprise customers
  • In-depthunderstanding of enterprise integration market, technologies,products and services
