Wework closely with sales representatives to understand client needsand demonstrate how Boomis integration platform can solve complexbusiness challenges. From delivering sales presentations andproduct demonstrations to developing detailed installation orsystem integration plans, we ensure customers get the innovative,relevant, interoperable solutions they need. What Youll Do As aSLED Presales Solutions Engineer, you will provide pre-salestechnical support to our SLED/Public Sector field sales teams,helping to define the overall Boomi solution for our customersusing the full range of company products and services.
You will:
- Collaborate with SLED Account Executives to help determine theSLED/Public Sector customer’s needs, understand the technicallandscape, and identify pain points via discovery calls
- Assessand present the potential solutions of company products andservices, using technical competency and creativity to designbusiness solutions that encompass the breadth of the Boomiportfolio
- Prepare detailed product specifications and deliverimpactful presentations to enable the sale of our products andsolutions.
- Discuss product capabilities and applications withtechnical users/buyers, and business stakeholders, verifying theoperability of product and service configuration within theprospects environment via Demos or Proof of Concept
- Coordinateinternal specialists and other necessary Boomi employees to helpbuild the “win team” for prospective customers
- Support RFI/RFPcompletion by answering in-scope technical questions forprospective SLED customers
- Verify operability of sophisticatedproduct and service configurations within the customer’senvironment
- Perform advanced systems integration and providetechnical expertise to design the solution The Experience You Bring
- Excellent communication, relationship, problem-solving, andleadership skills
- Experience and familiarity with the SLED/PublicSector space
- Understanding of State and Local architecture aswell as regulations and security guidelines
- Ability to present tothe executive level and articulate the Boomi solutions
- Provenability to work cross-functionally to support enterprise customers
- In-depth understanding of the enterprise integration market,technologies, products, and services
- 4 years of relatedexperience in a Public Sector/SLED selling role Bonus Points If YouHave
