Role Summary
Precision GTM Expertise:
Become a subject matter expert in the Precision GTM platform, with deep understanding of its data capabilities, workflow, use cases, and configuration options.
Client Engagement:
Work directly with pharmaceutical and biotech clients to understand their brand objectives, therapeutic areas, and market challenges—particularly in oncology.
Tailored Solutioning:
Customize demos and presentations that align to the client’s specific brand needs, market dynamics, and access strategies, showcasing how Precision GTM can deliver value.
Sales Partnership:
Partner closely with the Sales Account Executive and Business Development Manager to shape opportunity strategy, prepare solution narratives, and ensure client readiness.
Market Fluency:
Demonstrate fluency in oncology subtypes including NSCLC, breast, CRC, prostate, hematologic cancers, and multiple myeloma to speak credibly with brand teams and market access leads.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product to define what is out-of-the-box vs. custom, gather feedback from client interactions, and guide technical feasibility conversations.
Client Presentations & Demos:
Lead tailored product demos, participate in live client workshops, and contribute to solution design discussions to drive alignment and trust.
Feedback Loop:
Capture field-level insights to inform product roadmap, future enhancements, and competitive differentiation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
5-8 years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar client-facing role supporting SaaS solutions in life sciences.
Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Business Development functions in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
Strong presentation skills with a consultative style—able to distill complex topics and tailor messaging to brand, market access, and analytics audiences.
Familiarity with oncology markets and buyer personas; prior experience with oncology brands is highly preferred.
Proven ability to lead solution discussions, identify business needs, and translate them into product configurations or customizations.
Adept at working with product teams to distinguish between core capabilities and enhancements.
Demonstrated comfort working directly with clients, presenting in live meetings, and adapting on the fly to client-specific questions or use cases.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple client-facing activities in parallel.
