In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their benefits options, ensuring they understand the products available to them. Your expertise in benefits administration and sales will be crucial in helping clients make informed decisions that best suit their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others navigate their benefits. Duties Conduct consultations with clients to assess their benefits needs and provide tailored solutions. Educate clients on various insurance products, including health, life, and retirement plans. Utilize outside sales techniques to generate new business opportunities and expand client base. Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and promote available benefits. Negotiate terms and conditions of benefits packages with clients to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities for reporting purposes. Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in benefits legislation. Experience No experience is required as all training is provided for every candidate Proven experience in outside sales or telemarketing is preferred. Background in benefits administration or insurance sales is a plus. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively preferred. Experience in retail sales or sales administration can be beneficial. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are encouraged to apply.
