Robertsdale, AL 36567 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales through effective communication and negotiation skills. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to work with various software tools, including CRM, to track sales activities and manage customer interactions. Duties Conduct outbound calling to potential clients to generate interest in our products and services. Engage in telemarketing efforts to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base. Negotiate terms and close sales with prospective clients, ensuring a smooth transition from lead to customer. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Utilize CRM and other software tools to track leads, manage customer information, and report on sales activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation and promotional campaigns. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Experience in business development with a focus on expanding market reach. Proficiency in using software tools for sales tracking and customer management. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills. Must have Excel Experience.
