Position Overview:

As an Insurance Sales Producer with First Baldwin Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to provide top-tier insurance solutions to individuals and businesses. We recognize that this position is primarily field-based, and you will spend most of your time outside the office building valuable relationships with a variety of referral partners. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents, homebuilders, mortgage loan originators, and other professionals Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local community Conduct client meetings to assess insurance needs and provide tailored solutions Collaborate with our in-house team of Account Managers for submissions and quoting Utilize the support of licensed Account Managers specifically trained to service and manage accounts Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and regulations to provide informed advice to clients Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals

Qualifications:
