Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated, people-first Outside Sales Representative who’s passionate about food and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Your main role is to build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, chefs, and foodservice clients—ensuring they get the freshest seafood, right when they need it.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new restaurant and foodservice accounts Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers Communicate daily with chefs, kitchen managers, and purchasing teams Understand each client’s menu needs and recommend seafood options Coordinate with our operations team to ensure timely deliveries Track orders, manage follow-ups, and resolve service issues promptly Stay updated on seafood inventory, market trends, and pricing

Requirements:

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in foodservice or seafood Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-driven attitude Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
