Sales Representative 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Spanish Fort, AL 36527 Sales Representative A local company in Spanish Fort, Alabama is looking for a motivated and results-drive Sales Representative t o join their team. In this role, you’ll be the front line of our sales strategy, building new relationships, nurturing existing accounts, and helping drive our commercial and government sales efforts forward.
Job Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and build a strong pipeline of commercial and government accounts Conduct market research to gather prospect data including key decision-makers Make cold calls and schedule meetings (in-person, virtual, or conference calls) Upsell and strengthen relationships with existing customers Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce preferred) Add competitive intel and prospect contacts to our database Develop and manage a Top 100/200 target account strategy Strategically promote specific products to aligned prospects
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales CRM experience (Salesforce a plus) Strong communication and organization skills Self-starter mindset with reliable transportation for field visits
Compensation and Benefits:
For this position, you will be paid Base salary of $40,000-$50,000 + tiered commission (earn more as you grow!)
