Compensation:
Weekly pay, with a first-year average of$70,000-$85,000 .
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintainrelationships with existing clients. Identify and develop newbusiness opportunities (B2B). Supervise team performance andprovide necessary guidance. Train and mentor incoming team memberson company systems and processes. Track daily field activity usinga Salesforce-based CRM. Contribute to recruiting, training, andleadership development efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strongorganizational and time management skills. Proven ability to meetdeadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership andsupervisory abilities. Customer service or sales experience ispreferred. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset. Passion forrelationship-building and community engagement. Familiarity withCRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
Requirements:
