Job Description

Business Development Representative – Roofing Division Xterior Pros Cullman, AL 35055 Roofing Sales Rep at Xterior Pros Thanks for considering a role with Xterior Pros — let’s dive into what’s waiting for you! What you’d be doing: As a Roofing Sales Rep, your main focus will be generating your own leads, closing deals, and guiding customers through their entire project experience. While we’ll provide some inbound leads and serious support (like contracts, measurements, estimates, production assistance, and a training portal with your own login), this is a role for a go-getter who loves to build their own book of business. You’ll also have access to a customer portal that makes communication a breeze — helping you build trust and close more deals faster without getting bogged down in repetitive questions. You’re probably a match if you have: Strong self-motivation and lead-generation skills. Solid communication and negotiation skills. Experience in roofing sales or D2D sales is preferred but not required . A drive to manage customer relationships through the full sales and production cycle. Comfort using CRM systems and digital tools. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. We’re especially excited to meet you if you already have roofing experience — and we’ll pay a higher commission to reps who can start producing immediately.
