Summary We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team at American Radworx LLC. In this role, under close supervision, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders and managing incoming customer calls. This position is responsible for providing customer service and developing sales relationships with customers over the phone, via email, and in-person. Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through warm and outbound calling to generate sales leads. Answering customer inquiries, both over the phone and email. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Following up on orders and providing updates. Taking customer orders and processing them accurately. Develop a strong understanding of market trends and customer preferences to enhance sales strategies. Requirements Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales; sales of heavy-duty and/or automotive parts preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Moderate computer skills, including information processing, communicating internally and externally via email, using business systems and searching capabilities to find products on the internet. Ability to understand technical products related to heat exchangers and cooling systems is beneficial. Product knowledge is preferred.
