In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by engaging with potential customers, managing leads, and providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in this position. Responsibilities Engage with customers through various channels to generate leads and set appointments. Utilize software tools to track customer interactions and manage the sales pipeline effectively. Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Provide product information and demonstrate the value of services offered. . Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to closing sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inventory management. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance public speaking and sales management skills. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. 2 years experience in automotive sales is a plus Proficiency in software tools related to lead management and customer relationship management (CRM). Excellent public speaking abilities for effective communication with clients and team members. or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases.
