Job Description

Outside Sales Representative GLO Resources LLC Crossville, AL 35962 GLO Resources is currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative in Crossville, AL to work within the southern state territory within the manufacturing/fabrication industry of equipment.

The schedule isMonday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional overtime as needed. The rate of pay depends on experience between $50,000-$60,000/year plus commission.

Position Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within an assigned territory. You’ll actively meet with clients face-to-face, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to help them succeed.

Job Overview/Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to generate business opportunities. Identify potential customers through outreach, networking, and cold outreach. Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and presentations to clients. Meeting with customers in person to identify their needs and close sales deals. Traveling to assigned territories to meet with potential and current customers. Negotiating sales contracts and telling clients about new products, updates, and features. Generating leads and using them to sell the company’s products Using business directories, attending trade shows, and finding other methods to identify potential customers. Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. May be assigned other duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

B2B sales experience in equipment, manufacturing, welding, or fabrication. Strong communication and customer service skills. The ability to foster relationships with coworkers and customers is an advantage. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasks
