Parts Sales Support Specialist Position Available In DeKalb, Alabama

Parts Sales Support Specialist G2 Supply, LLC. 1604 Sylvania Rd W, Fort Payne, AL 35968 We are seeking a reliable and motivated Parts / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong communication skills and attention to detail. The position requires handling customer orders, providing quotes, pulling and shipping parts, and supporting the service and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate quotes in a timely manner Process customer orders via phone, email, or in person Pull parts from inventory and prepare shipments Coordinate shipping and ensure timely delivery of orders Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Collaborate with service and sales teams to meet customer needs Operate Adobe Acrobat (Professional) for creating and editing PDF documents (preferred) Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Experience with Adobe Professional is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in a parts or customer service role preferred
