AT&T Fiber Sales Executive 2.6 2.6 out of 5 stars Birmingham, AL 35243 Position Summary An AT&T Connected Communities (ACC) Account Executive at Prime Communications is a professional who plays an integral role in the sales of the AT&T Fiber and network infrastructure to property owners and residential communities. This position works out in the field canvassing about AT&T Fiber to new and existing customers providing the best customer service and generating sales that maximize profit and business growth.

Responsibilities Customer Service:

Serves as a primary point of contact for clients, being approachable and understanding to attend to their needs, preferences, aims, concerns, comments, and inquiries. Finds potential clients, creates strategies to approach them and produces new business opportunities.

Business S ales:

Generates value by developing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating with the clients, and closing deals.

Customer Retention:

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and finding ways to improve retention of existing clients.

Market Research:

Stays informed and knowledgeable about the current industry trends, analyzing data, and showing growth opportunities to produce strategic plans to maximize value for both the consumers and the company.

Requirements:
Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, accounting, communications, or a related field preferred. 3 or more years of experience with solutions-based selling in a commission-based sales environment. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in telecommunications. Must be knowledgeable in the telecommunications market, be able to analyze and apply industry data and trends to improve the company’s market strategies to attract new clients and support their existing needs. Demonstration of great leadership skills, communication and formal presentation skills, teamwork, professional work ethic, self-motivation, adaptable and goal oriented. Must be adept in sales and negotiation, addressing client concerns and keeping company-client relationships Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. As well as ability in using CRM software and sales tools to manage up-to-date records of sales activities and track progress. Having prior experience with Salesforce is desirable.
