Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This position will effectively present targeted number of sales estimates and offers to potential customers.

  • Complete all sales duties, including, but not limited to, Service Agreement Completion, accurate inspections, and follow up on previous estimates.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Local travel required within your territory or state.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience required in pest control.
  • Excellent communication skills, friendliness and ability to build rapport with potential customers required.
  • Must possess ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to the services to be sold.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
Required Skills:
  • Ability to perform the essential job functions, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards safely and successfully.
  • Regular and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly to build relationships and promote excellent customer service.
  • Must possess valid driver’s license and meet company driving standards (should be under required)
