This new position within Inspire Pest Control will become a pivotal part of the team as we grow to the next level. On-Track Earnings for this role would be approximately $52,000; however, this role has uncapped commissions and earning potential as you outperform your target metrics. Compensation and Benefits Base Salary paid semi-monthly Generous commission structure for new accounts and cross-selling services with uncapped earning potential Monthly performance bonuses for hitting sales targets End-of-year Christmas bonus Individual incentives 10 days of PTO Closed between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day Daily commuting vehicle with gas card Provided uniforms including work shirts, jackets, and headwear Tablet provided for work purposes Career growth as the company grows and scales Company outings and family events Job Requirements and Responsibilities Execute our proven prospecting and growth strategy with a “hunter” sales mentality Willing to cold call on residential homeowners by going door-to-door Build and maintain a detailed pipeline of potential clients, updating progress in our CRM system Track and report sales activity Communicate service expectations with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience Work independently to manage your schedule and maximize productivity Maintain a professional image and clean working environment Work in a variety of weather conditions Communicate and develop relationships with clients Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Must be drug-free and smoke-free with no criminal history Must have a clean driving record Extensive drivetime will be required A self-starter who is motivated by results and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
