In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, nurturing leads, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of industrial component sales and have experience in customer service/inside sales environments. Responsibilities Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to foster repeat business. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Skills 2 or more years of inside sales/customer service experience in an industrial product environment. Demonstrated industrial component customer support experience, with ability to make product recommendations. Excellent customer service skills. Experience with flow control products is a plus for this role (i.e., valves, pumps, hoses, compressors, etc), but not a requirement as long as products are industrial in nature. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on meeting client needs.
